With just 100 days to go until the inaugural Copenhagen Sprint on 21-22 June 2025, the organizers behind Denmark’s latest UCI World Tour race have revealed the final route, featuring nine key municipalities that will set the stage for a world-class cycling event.

The initial route was introduced at a launch event at Copenhagen City Hall in June 2024. The finalized route – meticulously mapped down to every turn, climb, and city – has been unveiled. The race, comprising a women’s and men’s elite event, is expected to attract most of the top teams and thousands of spectators. It will start in Roskilde and finish in the heart of Copenhagen. The final course takes riders through nine municipalities, all engaged in a festive celebration of cycling.

  • 20 June 2025 – Copenhagen Cycling Summit x UCI Mobility & Bike City Forum, a high-level cycling and mobility conference in Copenhagen.
  • 21 June 2025 – Women’s race: 151 km, including three 11 km laps in central Copenhagen.
  • 22 June 2025 – Men’s race: 236 km, including five 11 km laps in central Copenhagen.
  • 21-22 June 2025 – Cycling festival at the finish area, featuring cultural activities and cycling experiences for all ages.
  • 21 June 2025 – Public cycling event: Ride the closed race route in Copenhagen before the women’s elite competition.
